The opportunity
Based in Dubai, own the operational readiness and delivery of Macber Expo projects across the UAE and wider GCC, from mobilisation through live days and close-out. This is a practical role for someone who can translate a sold scope into a dependable on-site operation across different venues and markets.
What you will do
- Build project plans, runbooks, staffing plans, equipment lists and escalation paths.
- Coordinate registration, access, badging, on-site teams, vendors and venue counterparts across GCC event locations.
- Lead rehearsals, deployment checks and issue resolution during live events.
- Track risks, changes and client decisions, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Deliver post-event reconciliation, reporting and lessons learned.
What you bring
- Experience managing exhibition or large event operations, including live on-site delivery.
- Strong vendor coordination, scheduling, contingency planning and incident response.
- Comfort with registration, access and badge-printing workflows.
- Clear communication under pressure and disciplined documentation.
- Ability to travel for event delivery across the GCC, subject to agreed terms.
Useful experience
GCC exhibitions, multilingual event teams and event technology deployments.
