The opportunity
Build production AI capabilities for Macber products and services, including intelligent workflows and agent-assisted experiences. The priority is dependable behaviour, measurable usefulness and integration into real business processes.
What you will do
- Design, implement and operate LLM-powered features and workflow services.
- Build retrieval, tool use, evaluation, guardrails and human review where appropriate.
- Connect AI features to existing APIs, data systems and product interfaces.
- Measure quality, latency, cost and failure modes, then improve them.
- Work with product and engineering colleagues to decide when AI is the right approach.
What you bring
- Strong software engineering ability, especially Python or TypeScript and APIs.
- Hands-on experience taking LLM applications beyond demonstrations into production.
- Familiarity with retrieval, structured outputs, testing and evaluation of AI behaviour.
- Careful handling of data, permissions, logging and security.
- Ability to explain limitations and engineering choices clearly.
Useful experience
Agent orchestration, workflow automation, multilingual or Arabic applications, cloud operations.
